We meet at our showroom for the first consultancy session. At this session, we introduce you to the diverse world of bulthaup and ask you about your requirements and wishes for your new kitchen. We discuss materials, surfaces and electrical appliances, as these influence planning and budget. We also ask you about the budget you would like to invest. This allows us to plan systematically and save you time.
First draft
First draft
We present you with a first draft and possible alternatives that take into account your kitchen requirements and wishes and the spatial conditions and quote you the price for this. The aim is to give you a feel for the use of space and functional processes and point out any advantages and/or disadvantages of individual planning concepts. The precise material selection and electrical appliances are also specified.
Further development of the concept
Your favored planning concept will be presented to you with all the adaptations discussed. At this stage, the functionality and design of the kitchen are tailored to your needs in even more detail. The aim of this discussion is to take note of final changes and obtain your agreement in principle to the planning concept and the accompanying offer.
Presentation
We present you with the final plan and submit to you a binding offer. On receipt of the order, we produce the electrical, ventilation and water installation plans and provide you with all the planning documentation for your kitchen.
Delivery & installation
Our kitchens are installed by highly qualified fitters. Through their extensive expertise and many years' experience in a wide variety of room situations, our fitters have earned themselves an impressive reputation. They work carefully, reliably, and with a high degree of personal commitment. Even before the kitchen is delivered, our planners and fitters work hand in hand. Naturally, we ensure that the floors are sufficiently protected and packaging material is disposed of immediately.
Service
Service
On request, we can offer you professional cleaning of your kitchen prior to first use. This is done by a cleaning firm that has been working for us for years and has our complete trust. You can of course also select other services from our service package such as gas, water and electrical installation.
Putting things in the drawers and deep storage drawers changes the joint pattern of your fronts. Two months after your kitchen has been installed, therefore, our fitter will return to adjust the fronts.

Congratulations! Your kitchen is now fully installed. We now present you with the "bulthaup welcome package".
This contains the guarantee request card, the operating instructions and the care instructions for your new bulthaup kitchen. We will of course explain to you once again in person how to use the electrical appliances.
